SunBird Golf Resort HOA holds two Community Garage Sales a year.
Our next scheduled Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026 and Saturday, February 27, 2027. This event is open to the public.

Estate Sales can only be held if the owner is deceased, or as approved by the General Manager on a case by case basis. Estate signs can be no larger than 24" x 30" and cannot be displayed longer than three consecutive days. A permit must be obtained for an estate sale from the SunBird Homeowner office.
