SunBird Golf Resort HOA holds two Community Garage Sales a year.
Our next scheduled Community Garage Sale will be held in November 15, 2025 from 8 am - 1 pm. This event is open to the public.

Estate Sales can only be held if the owner is deceased, or as approved by the General Manager on a case by case basis. Estate signs can be no larger than 24" x 30" and cannot be displayed longer than three consecutive days. A permit must be obtained for an estate sale from the SunBird Homeowner office.
