General Administration Office

The Administration Office is located in the clubhouse and is open for a variety of helpful services daily 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday.  This is the “hub” of SunBird.  Our friendly staff will greet new residents, provide information and help you feel right at home.  Any questions or concerns, come see or contact us. 
 
Communication with the membership is a priority.  Each month the SunBird News newspaper is delivered or mailed to each of members with information on current events, activities and other important matters to the community.  SunBird also has an informative website, a monthly email news blast, and postings and other displays located through the clubhouse.  Each month the General Manager and Lifestyle Director host a monthly informational meeting to share the latest in activities, news and other events.
