 Billiard Tables
Six full size commercial grade billiard tables located in the clubhouse.

 Fitness Room
Equipped with state of the art equipment and other fitness accessories.
No one under 16 years of age may use the exercise equipment. Guest 16 - 18 years of age may use the fitness room and equipment only with their host homeowner present.

 Golf
SunBird Golf Resort has an 18 hole executive semi private golf course.

 Pools
SunBird has two (2) swimming pools maintained at a temperature between 82 and 85 degrees (summer months by natures heat). The pools are for the use of members and authorized guests.
The Clubhouse swimming pool was completely reconstructed recently to meet the expanded community needs. It is available for various activities. Water aerobics schedule varies with the season.

Played on the multipurpose sports courts with two lighted courts. Tennis Club hours posted at the courts.

Basketball
One basketball hoop located on the Sport Court #2. A basketball is available at the office for check out.

 Spa/Hot Tub
SunBird has a beautiful 22 person covered spa/hot tub.

The Board of Directors and Rules Compliance Committee has been in study and discussion for almost two years concerning the use of outdoor recreational facilities, scheduling time and use, and non-residents using and joining outdoor recreational facilities.
To assist in allowing SunBird residents have the opportunity to use SunBird's many outdoor recreational facilities, the Board of Directors adopted a policy April 23, 2018 at a business meeting.
The policy states "Non Residents will not be allowed to be members of any outside recreational club/activity". This policy was announced and published to become effective October 1, 2018.
