Maintenance

SunBird has its own maintenance staff for facilities and custodial maintenance and upkeep of the clubhouse and many recreational facilities of the community.  The staff works fulltime during the business week and conducts light spot cleaning on the weekends.  Keeping the facilities clean, operational and safe is our number one priority.
