The Finance Committee’s purpose is to assist the Board of Directors and Management in keeping the financial operations of SunBird healthy and transparent.  The Committee is involved in the annual budgeting process, reviews the monthly financial reports, recommends annually an independent financial auditor, reviews and discusses insurance and other important financial matters that may have an affect on SunBird.
