Rules Committee
 
The purpose of the Rules Committee is to review, maintain, and recommend rules and standards for the use of SunBird community common areas and facilities. These recommendations are made to the Board of Directors to support the mission outlined in the Rules Manual, which includes:
 
-       Preserving and protecting the community's lifestyle.
-       Maintaining and enhancing the community’s values, beauty, unity, and services for residents and guests.
-       Ensuring continuity in a community where friendliness, cooperation, and respect for others prevail.
