Rules Compliance Committee
The Rules Compliance Committee’s purpose is review, maintain and recommend rules and standards to the Board of Directors for use of the common areas. These include the many recreational facilities, use of building and equipment, landscape common areas, traffic safety and personal conduct. The Committee meets regularly to discuss guidelines and rules and meet with those who may be found in noncompliance. The goal of the Committee is keep SunBird a friendly and cooperative place to live.
